Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For INTERNATIONAL : We offer $30 flat rate shipping to USA and UK. Pls get in touch for express shipping which we can arrange at actuals.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA, UK, UAE.  

At this time, we do not ship to [list of countries]. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SOHAM SHYAM CREATIVES is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sohamshyamcreatives@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a NO return policy,  NO exchanges policy which means you are happy after receiving your item, unless the product is damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged when you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and a picture of the damaged product.

To start a return, you can contact us at sohamshyamcreatives@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: T11, Flat 1502, The Close South, Sec 50, Gurgaon, Haryana

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
